Why our per kilo rate is not the lowest in the city

You can have laundry washed in Trivandrum for a good deal less than we charge. What you buy at that price is a large mixed load, a hot wash, an aggressive detergent and a machine finish. It is entirely fine for towels and gym wear.

It is not fine for a good cotton shirt, a linen kurta or anything you paid attention to when you bought it. Our rate of 159 rupees per kilo pays for smaller loads, colour and fibre separation, gentler detergent and a person checking each piece at the end.

Sorted before washing. Whites, colours and delicates are separated by hand, along with anything likely to bleed.
Small loads. Garments need room to move. Overpacked drums abrade fabric and set creases.
Fibre appropriate temperature. Cotton, linen and synthetics each wash differently. One temperature for everything is how clothes wear out.
Checked at the end. Every piece is inspected before folding. Anything still marked goes back for spotting.

Weighed in front of you

Your load is weighed at collection, in your presence, and the weight is written on the receipt. You are never asked to accept a figure you did not see. The counter system issues an itemised bill, so you can see exactly what was washed, what was pressed and what was charged.

What does premium laundry cost per kilo?

Premium laundry is 159 rupees per kilo. With steam pressing included on every piece it is 369 rupees per kilo. Your load is weighed in front of you at collection and the weight is recorded on the receipt.

What is the difference between this and an ordinary laundry service?

Load size, sorting and finishing. We separate by colour and fibre by hand, wash in smaller loads at the temperature the fabric wants, and inspect each piece before folding. Ordinary services combine everything into one large hot load, which is faster, costs less to run, and is considerably harder on your clothes.

Is there a minimum load?

No. We collect whatever you have, whether it is a single garment or a week of family washing.

Do you collect and deliver across Trivandrum?

Yes, across central Trivandrum including Kowdiar, Pattom, Vazhuthacaud, Sasthamangalam, Peroorkada and surrounding areas. Collection is arranged by phone or WhatsApp.

How long does it take?
