These terms govern your use of Prezr Luxe services. Please read them before placing an order. Prezr Luxe is a brand of Prezr Private Limited.
1. Services offered
We provide professional laundry, dry cleaning, premium garment care, shoe cleaning, bag restoration, steam pressing and express delivery across Trivandrum and nearby areas. All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.
2. Collection and delivery
- Collection and delivery are complimentary for orders meeting the distance based minimum on our published rate card; below the minimum, the published delivery charge applies per visit.
- Scheduled times are estimates. Delays may occur through weather, traffic or other circumstances outside our control.
- You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to hand over and receive garments at the agreed place and time.
3. Garment care and handling
- We clean and treat garments using established professional practice.
- Care labels are followed. Where a label is missing, unclear or inaccurate, cleaning is carried out at your risk.
- We are not liable for damage arising from inherent weakness or defect in a material that was not visibly detectable before processing.
4. Loss and damage
We take great care with your items. We are not liable for:
- Items that bleed, shrink or otherwise change as a result of standard cleaning procedures.
- Loss or damage caused by items left in pockets or attached to garments, such as pens or keys.
In the rare event that a garment is lost or irreparably damaged, our maximum liability is limited to five times the cleaning cost of that item.
5. Inventory and claims
- Please count and verify your items at both collection and delivery.
- Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims submitted after that period cannot be accepted.
6. Payment
- Payment may be made by cash, UPI, debit or credit card, or online payment gateway.
- Payment is due on delivery unless prepaid at the time of ordering.
- Outstanding dues must be cleared before a new order is placed.
7. Pricing
- Rates published on this website may change without prior notice. The rate that applies to your order is the one confirmed on your receipt at collection.
- Where a promotional rate is offered, it is valid only for the stated period and may not be combined with any other promotional rate.
- Specialist work is quoted after inspection, and always before work begins.
8. Cancellation and changes
- Orders may be cancelled or amended by contacting us at least two hours before the scheduled collection.
- We may cancel an order where a service is unavailable, where there is a payment issue, or for other logistical reasons.
9. Your responsibilities
By using our services you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when placing an order.
- Remove valuables and check pockets before handing over garments.
- Be available for scheduled collections and deliveries.
- Make timely payment for services provided.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including logos, images, text and design, is our property and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
11. Privacy

12. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms at any time. Updates are posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
