Prezrluxe.com provides professional laundry, dry cleaning, premium garment care, shoe cleaning, bag restoration, steam press, and express delivery services across Trivandrum and nearby areas. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on your location.

2. Pick-Up and Delivery

We offer free pick-up and delivery services within our operational areas.

Scheduled pick-up and delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic).

It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to hand over and receive garments at the agreed location and time.

3. Garment Care and Handling

We use industry-standard practices to clean and treat garments.

Care labels are strictly followed. If there is no label or if the label instructions are unclear or inaccurate, cleaning is done at the customer’s risk.

We are not liable for damage due to inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that are not visibly detectable prior to processing.

4. Loss or Damage Policy

While we take utmost care in handling your items, Prezrluxe.com is not liable for:

Items that bleed, shrink, or otherwise change as a result of standard cleaning procedures.

Loss or damage caused by items left in pockets or garments (e.g., pens, keys).

In the rare case of lost or irreparably damaged garments, our maximum liability is limited to 5 times the cleaning cost of the item.

5. Item Inventory and Claims

Customers are advised to count and verify items during pick-up and delivery.

Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

6. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, or online payment gateways.

Payment is due upon delivery unless prepaid during order placement.

Any unpaid dues must be cleared before placing a new order.

7. Pricing and Offers

Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Promo codes and offers are valid only for the period specified and cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order using invalid or expired promotional codes.

8. Cancellations and Modifications

Orders can be cancelled or modified by contacting our customer care at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to non-availability of services, payment issues, or other logistical reasons.
