What you get back

A wash and fold order returns sorted the way it left, folded to the same dimensions each week so it stacks, and packed so it stays that way in the car and on the shelf. It sounds like a small thing. It is the difference between a wardrobe you maintain and one you fight.

Separated at intake. Whites, colours and delicates never share a drum.
Controlled drying. Over drying is what makes cotton stiff and elastane die. We dry to the fibre, not to the clock.
Consistent folds. Shirts, trousers and linens folded to the same dimensions every order.
Packed properly. Returned covered so the order survives the journey home.

Where wash and fold is the right choice

Wash and fold is for the volume of a household: everyday cotton, bed linen, towels, children's clothes, casual wear. It is the correct and sensible route for most of what you own.

It is not the route for a silk saree, a woollen blazer or an embellished piece. Those need dry cleaning, and we will move them across and tell you why rather than putting them through a wash that will damage them.

How is wash and fold priced?

By weight, at our premium laundry rate of 159 rupees per kilo. Add steam pressing across the whole load at 369 rupees per kilo if you would like every piece returned press ready.

Will you separate my whites and colours?

Always, by hand, before anything is washed. Anything likely to bleed is isolated as well. This is standard on every order and not an extra.

What if something in my load should not be machine washed?

We pull it out and tell you. If a silk, wool or embellished piece has found its way into a wash and fold bag, it goes to dry cleaning instead and we call you before charging anything different.

Do you wash bed linen and towels?

Yes. Household linen is well suited to wash and fold. Comforters, quilts and blankets are handled separately because of their bulk. Those rates are on the rate card.

How quickly is it returned?

Within 48 hours as standard, collected and delivered to your door anywhere in Trivandrum.
