Service information. Order history, garment care preferences, and payment details, which are processed by secure third party payment providers and are not stored by us.

Photographs. Where a garment is of high value, we photograph it at receipt to record its condition. These images are retained for the duration of the order and any subsequent claim period, and are used for no other purpose.
